Estate Speake-Marin Piccadilly Serpent Calendar Watch

Lightly worn in superb condition, sold new in April 2014. The stainless steel 42mm Speake-Marin Piccadilly Serpent Calendar self-winding watch. Featuring Peter's Eros 1 caliber with twin barrels for 5 days of power reserve when fully wound. This is the second generation of the Serpent Calendar watch in Peter's Piccadilly collection, with his now signature, topping tool blued steel rotor.

The Serpent Calendar indicates central hours, minutes and date by bright blued-steel, sculptured Speake-Marin Foundation style hands. The large diameter of the new, automatic Eros 1 Caliber featuring long, five-day power reserve – coupled with a new, multi-layered, white-lacquer dial – allows for a much slimmer case of just 12mm. Meanwhile, the Serpent date hand's exaggerated curves cleverly ensure that it is never completely covered by either the hour or minute hands.
