Estate 18k WG Speake-Marin 1 in 20 Perpetual Calendar watch

We're excited to be able to offer this exquisite piece from Peter's subscription Pre-Series of the 1 in 20 model that was used by Peter to finance his development and production of his very first serially produced 100% inhouse caliber, the brilliant SM2, back in 2008. The watches were co-designed with the early adopters, who were supportive of Peter and what he was attempting to accomplish. They were individual and highly customized to the future owners taste and style, all within Peter's overall design concepts and case parameters. Most were full Perpetual Calendars together with a handful being Time Only & Art pieces. This particular execution has a lovely matt finished German Silver dial with Ruthenium plating with strong blue super Luminova in the hands and the hour markers. Cased in 18K WG, it has had one owner, and was worn perhaps a handful of times and remained (slightly sadly from my perspective) essentially a safe queen! It comes with all the original papers and boxes.

One thing to note, it went back to Peter for a dial change, after the owner decided he didn't like the perlage center, so changed it to plain Ruthenium plated German Silver, so the papers show a different dial design.
